This program is a draft version only – it WILL change between now and print version. So do not print or share as it will affect the person reading it. As you can see it is not yet complete (but will update via this page).
A password has been emailed to all competitors, any unauthorised entry is monitored via the security system. Please email accounts@getthebeat.com.au if you require this password after checking your emails and JUNK MAIL (ensure you check this first).
All those that purchase a program will receive a full colour A4 printed hard copy at the event. These will be available for pick up the day before (26 Sept 2018) at the venue, also from local studios at set times yet to be announced.
This program is to be checked thoroughly by you to ensure all entries are perfect for your dancer. If anything at all needs changing (spelling, wrong section, quick change, wrong studio name etc) you need to let us know by emailing accounts@getthebeat.com.au ASAP.
DEADLINE FOR CHANGES HAS NOW PASSED
Anything received to change now will need to occur at the event itself and will incur a $25 late change fee. This will be enforced.
