2018 REGIONAL PROGRAMS
NOTES:
- IN 2018 WE WILL NOT BE PRINTING PROGRAMS FOR REGIONALS
- THESE ARE DRAFT VERSIONS ONLY AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE UP UNTIL 2 DAYS BEFORE EVENT START TIME (WE WILL NOT MOVE ENTIRE AGE GROUPS TO NEW DAYS)
- PARENTS ARE WELCOME TO MAKE CHANGES UP UNTIL 1 WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT START (THESE CHANGES ARE ONLY SPELLING, STYLE OF DANCE, INCORRECT AGE GROUP ETC)
- FINALS PROGRAMS WILL STILL BE PRINTED AND A4 SIZE.
- MY FIRST SOLO SECTIONS WILL BE ADDED CLOSER TO THE EVENT START DATES

AUG 10-12
VENUES:
PERTH 2 – Morley Sport + Rec
PROGRAM: this has been updated and finalised online, it will not change from now, all desperate last minute changes will have to be done at the door or sidestage (its really easy and we can accept). All quick changes can be alerted here (or sidestage) as well.
If we have missed any changes you have emailed in, we apologise, and will fix up at the event!
CD LABELS: Click HERE or visit the website to access printable CD Labels. Attach these to the CD CASE (not the cd itself).
MUSIC: One track per disk, do NOT use WMA format. USB or phone as backup only
DOOR OPENING TIMES: 30 mins to an hour before start times
CHECK IN: When you arrive please visit the front desk to get your rego pass (those that have not purchased one will be on a list), Music will be handed in sidestage. Change rooms are clearly signed.
DOOR CHARGES: $0 for all solos, $10 for any Group sessions
MERCH: We will have Cash/Eftpos (Aust only) available for all merch and entry. An awesome new range of t-shirts and fleeces with heaps of colour.
FOOD: locations are close by for food and drink purchase
IMPROV SECTIONS: These will be run BEFORE awards for each age group (excep minis) – please enter as they are so much fun and a positive experience for your child. You can enter these at the front desk on the day. We encourage all dancers to be a part of this.
AWARDS: Times for awards are scheduled in the program, GTB can alter this depending on the situation of the day. Champs are built in to the smaller comps so you don’t have to come back. All acts are scored internally by the judge(s) with audio feedback, this is how we determine Champs qualifiers (for finals) and regional champion/runner up. The qualifying process for Champs remains exactly the same as previous years (section winners automatic, and additional qualifiers at judges discretion)
AGE GROUP CHAMPIONS – We will be awarding the OVERALL HIGHEST SCORING SOLOIST AWARD on Sunday after the last session, all age champions from the event are in the running for this award, you must be present to claim this award, the biggest award of any regional.
AUDIO FEEDBACK: You will receive a personal DROPBOX folder invite (via email) prior to the event. This folder is property of GTB which you have full access to, not for storage of personal items of yours. The folder will house your uploaded audio feedbacks for the routines you competed in. This folder will expire in 6 months. THIS IS NOT FOR MUSIC UPLOADS
FINALS: Entries will open for Finals at the conclusion of the event, and will remain open for the regional until the allocated spots have been taken. You are able to enter both Finals – Caloundra and Singapore.
As we continue to prep and hit the road this week, emails may not be answered in time for the event, as we are so flexible and approachable, please see us at the event for any last minute issues, it’s a lot easier to help you face to face at the event!
